Pruning Palm Trees

Sunday, February 10th, 2008

Good evening!  What a beautiful day today was!  High in the 70’s and perfectly clear sky!  Running behind this last week on some jobs pushed me into working for a few hours this afternoon.  I trimmed 7 palm trees at 4 different properties (including a freebie job for Sacred Heart Cathedral across the street from my house).

The coolest thing about today was finding an opposum living in the fronds of one of the palms!  It scared me at first until I realized how much more it was scared of me!

Below are a couple of before and after pics of one of the homes with 4 palms.  This particular client wanted them trimmed all the way up with only the very top fronds left!  Turned out pretty nice!
