Dear Mark,
When I said we had a problem tree on our property, I was careful to understate just how big a problem. The tree was located at the corner of our house, with a power line and pole that went around the tree on 2 sides, another big oak and propane gas tank on the other side. As if that weren't bad enough there were mature azaleas and dogwood trees surrounding the base, and oh yea the tree was about 65' tall and too dead to climb. When you pulled up in your bucket truck, I was a little embarrassed for you to see what we had.
After you got out and evaluated the situation, your reply was, “no problem". Then I learned where the term tree surgeon came from as I watched you dissect that tree without damaging anything around. I had already contacted the power company to see about getting the power line moved, but because of your expertise, it was unnecessary.
The only thing I appreciated more than your ability to remove a tree, is the way you treated my family and me. I'm not sure... but I think I saw Judy out looking for another tree so we can have you back.
